50+ Fitness
Simple yet effective strength training exercises incorporated with walking and other low impact movements. Each class will end with a long stretch to keep you more mobile throughout your day. This class will improve your balance, coordination, flexibility and strength.
Cardio Core
Interval class for advanced participants only. This class will improve your cardiovascular speed and endurance and core strength. Looking to challenge yourself and break through your plateau? This is the class for you.
